The customer is responsible for ensuring that custom branding, logos, or designs do not infringe on third-party rights.
We are not liable for intellectual property disputes related to customer-provided designs.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:
- Production schedules
- Customs clearance
- Shipping carrier delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties.
Risk transfers to the buyer according to the agreed shipping terms.
7. Warranty
We provide a 12-month warranty on our products against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Normal wear and tear
To request warranty support, contact us with order details and photos of the issue.
8. Returns and Claims
All claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving goods.
Claims must include:
- Order number
- Photos or video evidence
- Description of the issue
We will review and offer a reasonable solution, which may include replacement, repair, or partial refund depending on the situation.
Custom-made products are not eligible for return unless defective.
9. Limitation of Liability
